There is no set order you have to go in when using MamaZen, however, there are some general guidelines to get the best results:
Step 1: Always start by listening to your first recommended session which will be the large one featured at the top of the app labeled “START HERE”
Step 2: Then, choose just ONE Mindpower Session you want to focus on. Any order is fine.
Step 3: Listen to that session between 1-3 times per week. You CAN listen every day if you choose to, but it’s not necessary.
Step 4: After listening to that specific session about 5-8 times total over a few weeks OR when you feel a significant positive shift, then move on to the next topic you'd like to focus on and repeat steps 2 - 4 above.
